1. How do I place an order?
To place an order browse products on our website. Click "Add to Cart" on the items you like. Go to your cart and click "Checkout".
Fill in your shipping details and select a payment method.
Confirm your order.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days for major cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).
3–7 working days for other areas Delays may occur due to public holidays or courier issues.
3. Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan via trusted courier services (Leopard, TCS, M&P, etc.).
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Credit/Debit Cards (Available soon)
5. How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the “Track Your Order” page.
Just enter your Order ID and Email to view the status.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged, incorrect, or unused items.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the error was on our side).

7. Can I return used or opened items?
Unfortunately, we only accept unused, unopened items in original packaging. Used or damaged products cannot be returned unless defective upon delivery.
