Returns Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
 
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Items returned after 7 days.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
  • Custom orders or sale/clearance items

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed via:

  • Mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash)
  • Store credit or coupon (upon request)
Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
 

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for the same item (if available) or a different item of equal value. Shipping charges may apply.
 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
 
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
